President Brendan Kelly 23′

Brendan is a 2L who, before coming to law school, was a middle school teacher here in Boston for many years. Over the summer, Brendan worked as an intern at the EdLaw Project out of the Committee for Public Counsel Services. He was also a Fellow at the Rappaport Center for Law & Public Policy.

Vice President Stephanie Reed 23′

Stephanie is a 2L interested in intellectual property and health law. She is originally from Alpharetta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science and minors in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. After graduating, Stephanie interned at the Cato Institute in the Project on Emerging Technologies. This summer Stephanie interned with the Honorable Benjamin C. Barnes at the Edgartown District Court. Stephanie enjoys exploring new places, kiteboarding, and rock climbing.

Treasurer Ken Wybieraki 23′

Ken is a 2L who is concentrating in Health and Biomedical Law. Ken is also a staff member of the Suffolk Law Review. He is from Mansfield, Massachusetts, and received his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical and Health Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from Saint Leo University. Ken is currently working as a law clerk at Rudolph Friedmann LLP in the litigation department. Ken spent his 1L summer as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Kaplanes in the Boston Municipal Court Dorchester Division. Ken hopes to one day be a litigator focusing on healthcare-related issues. When Ken is not studying or working, he enjoys golfing, reading, and hanging out with friends.

Secretary Austin Jackson 23′

Austin is a 2L who is interested in government affairs and regulatory law. Austin hopes to work in lobbying or in government relations after law school. He is from Jacksonville, Florida and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida State University with minors in economics and American History. Austin has worked as a paralegal for several law firms in Florida, was a foreign policy intern on Capitol Hill and has spent this last summer clerking for several judges in Florida’s 4th judicial circuit. Outside of school, Austin enjoys reading, working out, and has a passion for aviation and piloting.

Vice President of Membership Kevin Sullivan 22′

Kevin is a 3L who earned a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice at UMASS Boston before coming to law school. Over the summer, Kevin worked at Rudolph Friedmann LLP as a law clerk in the litigation department. During this school year Kevin will be a clinic member for the Juvenile Defenders clinic and will lend a helping hand with the SBA Social Committee.

Vice President of Communication Rachael McIver 22′

Rachael is a 3L from Quincy, Massachusetts. Before attending Suffolk Law, Rachael earned her B.S.B.A in Corporate Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University. She has worked as a law clerk for Keches Law Group for the past year and a half and also does freelance legal writing and research. Outside of law school, Rachael enjoys cooking, reading, playing golf and softball.
